選用日本豚肉五花腩🐷;經過24小時既烹製入味後,再灸燒佢增強焦香❣️半肥瘦既肉質加上鬆軟既質感,肉香焦香分別都好搶眼,我地都覺得佢好鬼正😋


▫️雞肉


以慢煮形式煮出嚟嘅雞肉,肉質滑嫩唔柴口👍🏻

用左日本薩摩雞熬製20小時而成,濃郁樸鼻,鮮香味美‼️
