好耐冇食汕頭牛肉火鍋,今日見到大埔竟然有一間專食牛肉火鍋嘅616牛肉火鍋專門店,我當然即刻行入去啦。晚市時段八點幾九點都依然好多人,一邊睇世界盃一邊烚吓烚吓真係好過癮滑尾牛真係好好食,佢有隻生蛋打咗喺上面,溝埋就可以放落水入邊,拎上嚟唔使點豉油就已經可以食得,因為佢本身已經淹左。味道同滑牛較似。胸口爽係另一碟我好鍾意嘅牛,黃黃地一塊塊,熟咗之後食落好彈牙,牛油香出晒黎,喺口入邊回味無窮。牛駝峰係牛嘅最上一部份,肥瘦均勻,入口鬆軟。牛朴肉係最有口感嘅肉,佢嘅脂肪比例比較少,食落去有肉味非常之濃郁。匙柄都係佢哋招牌菜之一,肉質比較鮮紅,牛味香得來唔會話太膩三花趾係我第一次食,佢味道同一般牛肉唔一樣,可能係因為腳呢個部位運動量比較勁,食落牛肉味係鐵質比較重,而且好彈牙。我重試咗佢哋招牌嘅菊花桂圓露,又可以下火,又係自家製非常之健康。牛骨清湯啲牛骨都可以食埋,正
