To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 為迎合千禧世代食家,現今大行其度fusion菜,中西合璧。首吃的是環境,氣氛,裝修。食物味道反而是次要。今期去了在尖沙咀旅遊中樞地帶的一家上海fusion菜。揉揉燈光,維港夜景相伴,盡收眼底,好不浪漫,可惜比較噪吵!鮮花椒太鵰雞:带不太濃的花椒味,可惜欠紹興酒味!蒜泥白肉:肉夠薄,夾著一片青瓜,蒜蓉調得不錯,好吃。煎蠔餅:不是煎,但炸得香脆,適合愛吃香口者,略廉炸粉厚了一点,味道可以。上湯涼瓜:薄切涼瓜浸在美味的鱼湯,带出驚喜。生磨杏仁露可以,略微不夠甜,皆因要乎合千禧口味(吃甜不要甜,吃辣不要辣),其它就不行!总体是旅游食府,適合款待外賓地方。
