To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都有黎開呢間CAFE食野，因為貪佢環境唔錯，有好大既Table同埋落地玻璃，有時想食素都會想黎。今次黎本來想坐窗口位，因為我得一個人，而窗口位係四人位置，個waitress話可以坐，但係要食快D。我心諗我都係客人，想慢慢坐同食，我連餐都未點就叫人食快D，服務出現好大問題，而且當時間餐廳根本冇乜人。

Other Info. : I am a regular customer to this cafe. It's because the environment is pretty good and it serves vegan food. As a walk-in customer alone, I've selected a table of four alone because it is right next to the window. Before I even look at the menu, I was asked to finish quick in exchange for having the right to sit in the window seat. This is really bad service manner. Especially at that time there are so many empty seats around. Possibly I won't come to this restaurant ever again. Especially the price of the restaurant is charged at a premium comparing to other restaurant in the same location.
