To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為聽就滿出名的,就去到試試看……先說一下等位的時候,明明你門外寫著「6月1日起,必須齊人才可入座」但我前一張桌的人,他要4人位的,但才2個人店員就讓他們進去了……真的看得我白眼了=-=入到去坐.....冷氣真係唔夠....吃了一回,就已經是汗流浹背了....別說坐多一會,連晚餐都不太想吃完就想走了...而且我點的點心沒有了,也沒有人跟我說,只是在單上沒寫和在跟單一起的點心紙上劃了就算……怎都覺得有點敷衍了事..而且出單很亂,都是店員在拿著食物,狂叫枱號,好像都不認得哪個號碼是哪個枱似的-口-不過說回食物,的而且確是OK的~尤其是酥皮焗叉燒包,真的好新鮮,味道好不錯~但服務真的很一般。
