Other Info. : 是晚為了慶祝生日,早一個星期前訂坐, 酒店替我們安排位置,我不喜歡,要求更換, 店員都馬上作出配合. 環境可以, 可是食物及服務態度,有待改善. 先講食物, 沒有Tempura換來時炸魚薯條. 已經覺得好下價貨色. 再講長腳蟹及龍蝦仔, 肉是梅及好咸. 熱暈...我以為當晚做印度食品節, 眼見那盤燒得乾乾的雞 ,已經不想食. 所以當晚, 一點熱食都吸引不到我注意. 服務,要由訂位開始講起, 接通電話後,我講出訂坐日期及時間後, 大約等了5分鐘,才給我BOOKING NUMBER. 不是因為忙,電話多,而是那位接線生跟另一位同事處理其他客人事務,但又忘記HOLD線,所有對話都聽得一清二楚. 埋單時, 因為我入坐前提供了優惠卷, 所以想望清楚是否已取得優惠, 那個服務生一幅不耐煩的樣子.
