To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸今天跟朋友來到逸東軒吃晚飯,之前經過正在裝修,最近已經完成了。整體感覺還好,但洗手間太簡略,跟餐廳內環境有落差。🌸餐廳的裝潢不算太驚喜,算是OK. 茶也有點不夠味道 腰果要是改成花生會較好。我們點了套餐set,因為懶得想了!哈哈!但是選擇不多,應做多點set dinner供選擇。🌸第一道菜,青瓜蝦很鮮甜,凍鮑魚配蟲草花也很夾,另一個菜包子不太合胃口沒吃到。🌸然後是湯水,一直對”杏汁”沒什麼好感 所以這道不予評論啦!但朋友說味道很好。🌸蝦球的味道很好吃 側面全是蛋白,感覺用心!有質素的一碟👍🏻🌸海參是很難煮得入味,但是這裡弄得卻很不錯,算是很有水凖!🌸然後是星斑 味道不錯,屬正常。🌸海鮮焗飯,是用🦀殼做底的,很精緻。但略嫌太多洋蔥。🌸最後是甜品,雪梨水做得太甜了,很一般。酥皮蛋撻則不錯👌🏻🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
