呢間火鍋店聽佢個名已經可以感受到佢嘅含義,香江花月,店如其名地優美、高雅。繼佐敦店之後今次黎到香江花月新開既荃灣廣場分店,整個裝修格局華而不俗,聽聞佢係以香港以前紡織之城嘅背景設計,入到去感受到50年代繁榮香港嘅高檔場所。餐廳主打養生美顏足料既火鍋湯底,搭配新鮮熱門嘅上乘材料,環境搭配食物水準絕對物超所值。首先湯底佢都有好多選擇,好似日本牛乳玫瑰鍋、花膠雞鍋、花雕豬肚鍋等,而我哋今次就揀咗白湯人蔘鍋,入面有高級人蔘、枸杞熬製而成嘅滋補靚湯,湯入面有凍豆腐同鴨血做配料。湯底好濃好好味。肉方面我哋選左全牛既「香江併」,擺盤非常靚圍住成個火鍋一圈,包括有本地手切牛、牛柳粒、牛心椗、牛白肉、毛肚、牛展、安枱斯牛肉同牛舌,作為牛魔王嘅我真係心滿意足,牛既水準高之餘仲可以食晒牛咗多部位! 份量之多完全喜出望外。 火鍋料方面叫左份七色餃子,非常高級嘅擺盤,七隻唔同色唔同料嘅餃子完整咁呈現係你眼前,皮薄餡靚,印象特別深刻係佢既黑松露蟹肉餃同和牛香茜餃真係好好味。小食方面點咗個黃金炸魚皮,用鹹蛋黃沾上高檔魚皮炸至金黃鬆脆,口感一流食過返尋味。除咗食物之外,飲品都係一個我會光顧的重要嘅因素。每款飲品都別出

首先湯底佢都有好多選擇,好似日本牛乳玫瑰鍋、花膠雞鍋、花雕豬肚鍋等,而我哋今次就揀咗白湯人蔘鍋,入面有高級人蔘、枸杞熬製而成嘅滋補靚湯,湯入面有凍豆腐同鴨血做配料。湯底好濃好好味。

除咗食物之外,飲品都係一個我會光顧的重要嘅因素。每款飲品都別出心裁設計外型同味道,影相打卡又靚。好似今次野飲叫左 「桃花緣」,佢係用自家製嘅桃肉啫喱配上乳酸同梳打汽水及新鮮日本桃肉,配上桃味煙燻氣泡,口感層次一流。

另一杯叫左「香芳幻」,夢幻少女嘅粉藍粉紅色彩,有椰香蛋白泡沫配紅桑子、酸奶、菠蘿汁,奶果味完美融合。

嘢飲小食整體都無可挑剔,怪就怪自己肚容量太細食唔到更多嘢🥹
