To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務有數張吉枱不叫人入座,只是一直叫人在外面排隊,語氣亦不好,如不是食物質素仍有賣點,我真的不會這樣眼見店內有數張吉枱仍要這樣等。服務我給差評,主要是侍應的態度。或者是廚房做不來,要截客入座吧。說回食物質素,我食早餐,一直保持高水準。只能說,旺記因食物質素才能保持底氣,否則不幫襯是不會有損失,無謂受氣。
