To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去過澳洲牛奶一次就無再番轉頭,因為受不了那裏豪邁急迫的服務。華星在服務方面則截然不同。侍應有禮之餘又幾細心:其實坐得並不擠迫,但侍應主動開張摺凳給我倆放東西;送上咖啡時微濺了點咖啡到其下的碟子,根本不算是什麼,侍應又急忙換過碟子;結賬時收銀將找贖放在我手上,而非一般的放在檯上。雖然這種服務可能有人會覺得有點做作,不過相信不少人會受落。可是縱使招呼幾好,食物方面卻要花多一點心機。不論是常餐抑或是特別推介的多士都似是一早整定,放涼了!常餐的叉燒意粉同樣是涼而不熱,雖然叉燒幾腍滑,但是意粉不知煮了多久,已經是浸得過了頭的超腍!炒蛋是其招牌菜,賣相不差又確實夠滑,不過蛋味不濃,不算精彩。至於咖啡、奶茶就有一般茶餐廳水準,已算不錯。
