To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入座後點下午茶輕型芝麻汁雞扒焗飯及後向職員查詢銀魚仔是否油炸。該職員說唔清楚未食過。我再向另一職員查問銀魚仔職員說睇落唔似,我向該職員表明油炸的我不要。 我相信職員所以我追加一份銀魚仔。焗飯上枱,我見小小的焗碟上鋪滿醬汁。第一口非常咸…銀魚仔上枱,食一口,又乾又鹹是油炸了。個人係不浪費嘅人,唯有食…………餐廳室空調非常不足,邊食邊出汗。加上食物實在太鹹,我職員索取一個放醬油size的塑膠盒,職員放低一個塑膠小盒及一個小塑膠袋,二話不說取走我的帳單並加上一蚊收費。第一次用餐,不愉快。不會再去……太伏。
