To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡其實係先前嘅事,但係我一直耿耿於懷,唔開心到今時今日,我唔明白點解經濟已經唔好,唔係應該俾心機做好自己份工咩?點解啲侍應嘅態度可以差到咁。。。。。我一家四口,晚上去幫襯,諗住簡簡單單食個快飯,見入邊冇咩人咪入去坐囉,我坐低咗一張枱先發現我隨身嘅物品,冇位擺,我就問侍應,可唔可以轉去梳化位坐,侍應話:「可以,不過枱上面嗰啲水同餐具,你自己搬過去。」咁冇辦法啦,鬼叫係自己麻煩要調枱咩!!咁咪死死氣自己搬囉,坐低一家四口諗好食咩,叫人落單,當然係叫咗好多次都冇人理啦,佢哋成班姐姐活喺自己嘅空間,好享受自己悠閒嘅工作環境,完全冇主動幫現場任何一個人。侍應姐姐走到過嚟問我哋食咩?我問佢仲有冇黑椒三寶飯?侍應姐姐一面無奈的樣答我:「小姐⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯三寶飯係午餐嚟㗎」(當時侍應的態度、樣貌、身體語言、都非常之不耐煩,好串,好乞人憎!)答完我一句說話之後,就轉身走咗!我一台四個人,就算我嗌錯咗一個餐,咁你都可以問吓其他人食咩,落單先啫,唔使擰轉身走咗去啊。。。。。我嬲到馬上走咗!其實我成日幫襯架,雖然唔算熟客,但每個月都有三四次,已經幫襯咗好幾年,但嗰一次之後,我冇再返去幫襯了。。。。每次諗返起都仲好嬲!我只係想食個飯啫,其實我做錯啲咩呢? continue reading

平時經常到店用餐。見Menu無因年假加價。order 一份早餐後,送來付款單,便見到加一服務費。店員話初一至四要加一服務費。加一不是問題,問題是要通知食客。送餐速度保持水準。食物質素無下降。味道一樣好。分量跟平時一樣足。但咖啡叫少奶,仍然是多奶。食完付款後,睇一睇店舖無張貼年假加一服務費告示。 continue reading

收工經過茶泰 去到門口見無人等位 入面好多吉枱 諗住拿拿聲有得食就行入去坐低 舉左十分鐘手 都扮睇唔到終於等到有個黑色衫 一名黑衫女職員行過黎問:邊個放黎入黎㗎 要拎飛㗎喎出面啲人都等緊飛 然後轉身走左無幫我落單 😡 之後我就行出門口睇 都無人拎飛 得一個人等緊外賣真係好嬲 呢啲職員真係趕客 最後我就無食到走左人真係一肚氣 明明勁多張吉枱 我入黎都無人等緊位 但就入黎俾你惡意對待 我唔會再黎食 continue reading

今天一心諗住同爸爸媽媽慶祝生日食飯,我地一行8人,19:20有位入座,一開始想叫最經典的生菜包、餐牌貼住冇、想叫黃咖哩,餐牌又貼住冇,想叫椰青湯底打邊爐、佢話冇晒煲。算、咁我哋就叫其他啦,紅咖喱、手找餅、炒菜、串燒、炒飯、炒金邊、明爐魚,好快就食晒,就差條魚未黎。阿姐走黎話冇魚,咁諗住叫蝦餅、阿姐話冇,然後叫左鳳爪、泰式烤豬頸肉、炸豬皮,烤豬頸肉黎到唔係烤係焗,仲要冇泰式辣醬點,阿姐話岩嫁喇。呢餐未夠20:10已經食晒啲嘢,因為咩都話冇,連想放蛋糕都話冇雪櫃,仲要收$50切餅費,傻的嗎?就連碌卡都冇得碌。呢間野真係咩都冇,以前開頭都好似好地地,但就越黎越差,以後都唔會再黎呢間野食,乜都冇同我食茶餐廳都冇分別! continue reading
