要預訂的片皮鴨相當大隻,熱騰騰的送來。部長操刀片皮,有些用心片的很薄,真是只將皮片出,但有些則可能是趕時間關係連着厚肉。鴨本身着實太肥,片出來的皮一碟是油!實在太膩,有點吃不消!另加$68,將鴨殼用來整生菜鴨崧包,好味又香而不肥膩,更為討好。同樣要預訂的豆腐餃子,豆腐保持軟滑,雖然茨汁好似幾杰,不過食落都算是比較清的菜式。清炒蝦仁相當清爽,不錯。鎮江肴肉嫌偏瘦,味道亦較淡。這兒沒有小黃魚,部長建議鳳尾魚,要來一碟試試。炸得脆,不過嫌下糖太多,過甜了。小籠包一客4隻,因此要了兩客。湯汁味道不錯,但是皮不算很薄,只屬一般。菜餚水準不算很高,不過價錢並不昂貴,這頓晚餐吃得飽足。
