1. 餐具勁污糟後悔冇影低相,一嚟到啲碗勁多污跡,雖然有熱水洗,但係好似真係原本冇洗過咁,幫我哋洗碗仔嘅時候,感覺滑潺潺,好似求其用洗潔精拖過一次水,未洗好2. 上菜速度極慢其實只係叫咗幾樣簡單野相信除咗豬蹄之外,其他應該唔會特別耐雖然出單係1930,但係我大概1925已經叫好晒結果差唔多去到2010,都淨係上咗兩個冷盤我差啲以為今晚我淨係叫咗花生重點一提,其實今日係冇等過位中間其實我問咗三次,侍應都好似專登唔睬我漏咗單,或者真係好忙,或者有特別狀況做唔晒,我反而覺得講一聲會好少少,但係你好似專登當睇我唔到,作為客人其實真係都幾唔舒服唔知係咪因為張單打咗我係一個人?所以廚房住得特別慢呢? continue reading

之前就想食但行過無曬位,今次趁着朋友生日特登訂位終於食到!第一個就叫咗冷盤,佢仲配咗個醋俾你食,牛肉比例好均勻,唔會到冰晒先攞出嚟俾你。松子魚味道傳統,但如果再多啲松子做更加滿足🤭唔會太酸我地三個人都食得晒一條!我哋猶豫咗好耐嗌乜嘢款式嘅鍋巴,最後揀咗最傳統嘅款。入邊有竹笙冬菇帶子肉片好豐富,鍋巴可以沾啲汁嚟食或者放晒落個湯度,林左食都唔會太鹹,但係會建議多啲人先叫,因為份量好足夠。當然唔少得肉絲炒年糕,配菜份量好夠食到入邊有小棠菜同白菜,好鍾意佢好特別用小棠菜加落年糕,年糕同出邊食嗰啲都有少少唔同。今次係我第一次食山藥,佢好養生的一道菜,生日有啲爽有啲粉睇吓你個人口味鍾意食邊款。佢既蔥油餅幾特別唔係一塊,食落唔會太油,葱既分量都好夠,唔會食食下無,一個切開好多分,夠大人分享煎到金黃色個樣好吸引,芋泥唔係好甜,叫俾老人家都啱,食落唔會太油係乾身款。其實最想食係佢嘅豆腐餃子,但係去到佢話賣晒😢,有啲需要預訂嘅食物都係佢既岀名,有機會同屋企人一定想再去試食! continue reading

逢星期一至日下午兩時開始有超抵下午茶供應$68起, 免收加一茶芥服務費. 食物質素中上, 極力推介👍👍 自行可在A/B類食物各選一項, 建議另加$5/碗紅豆沙作尾聲😬杞子上湯棠菜苗, 新鮮蔬菜, 分量毫不吝嗇金湯酸菜魚跟白飯一碗, 份量也不少. 不過本人覺得金湯味道稍為淡一些, 只有少少麻味, 沒有酸菜味. 回鍋肉炒年糕, 有幾片大大塊的豚肉, 年糕&紹菜也很入味招牌小籠包兩隻, 招牌點心, 美味😋👍紅豆沙, 內有大量紅豆蓮子, 味道不是太甜, 食完也很實在&飽肚😅 continue reading

Very decent pricing Shanghainese cuisine lunch set in Wu Kong Shanghai Restaurant, Tsim Sha Tsui. From the deco, I believe this restaurant has been around for quite some years. For $148 per set, includes an appetiser, soup, main course, a rice/noodle dish and dessert.1 & 2) Tofu dumpling 豆腐餃子. Very interesting vegetarian dish. One of the star dishes from this restaurant. Tofu being stuffed with vegetables, I enjoyed it very much, innovative 👍🏻 . This wasn’t part of set lunch, we ordered from a la cart menu. 3) Duck slices braised in salt water 鹽水鴨片. 尖沙咀大閘蟹今年第一次吃大閘蟹。第一次來這裏吃大閘蟹,質量不錯,很滿意。大閘蟹套餐包括:大閘蟹一隻蟹粉魚翅蟹粉小籠包蟹粉籠仔粢飯清炒豆苗薑茶湯圓.大閘蟹:大概五兩。蟹多肉,連蟹腿也有厚厚的肉;蟹膏香味濃郁,非常滿足。蟹粉魚翅:有好多蟹粉,用料十足小籠包:餡料豬肉新鮮,放滿蟹粉,非常鮮甜蟹粉籠仔粢飯:很特別。蟹粉香濃,粢飯沒有放其他配料,只跟蟹粉一起吃也味道十足。除了大閘蟹套餐以外,這裏也有其他蟹粉餸菜,選擇很多。紹興酒另外點。有五年的,十年的和更高年份的。十年的紹興酒味道挺濃烈。. continue reading
