To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲料和甜點也充滿泰式風情,"泰式奶茶"醇厚香甜,與在泰式手搖店買到的沒兩樣,但"泰式綠奶茶"七葉蘭散發的香精味還是難以接受。"椰汁西米糕"甜而不腻、"斑蘭千層糕"Q彈軟糯,椰子味突出。顧客還可自選配料製作珍多冰,花多眼亂還未試勻已經飽飽了。
