To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次嚟到呢間位於上環嘅咖啡店外面有一張室內枱當日太陽猛即使坐出面都應該會幾舒服😌舖頭設計行簡約路線主要係白色同灰色店舖係用大玻璃彩光度高的令人有一種想放鬆一下坐一個下晝嘅感覺呢個就係大家香港人想去cafe嘅原因!今次叫了黑松露炒蛋bagel 同三文魚菠菜意粉其實本身見到價錢牌百幾蚊食一個bagel都有少少卻步但佢上菜嘅時候同我一切開嘅感覺我就冇再覺得佢收得貴唔知大家有冇行過超級市場一罐細細的黑松露醬都要$150起佢今次嘅黑松露炒蛋起碼落咗接近¼嘅份量一間小店來講咁揼本真係好少見黑松露份量多味道好出 佢個bagel同平時嗰啲有啲唔同佢個面就好似食港式芝士包嗰種皮有少少香口嘅感覺 依個做法幾特別意粉三文魚質素正常上網做咗少少功課話佢哋意粉係自己手作食落有嚼頭 又唔會做到PiCi 果種太過煙un係一個做得幾好嘅蛋麵!飲品嗌左薑味咖啡 天時暑熱有時都唔想飲牛奶類咖啡正正呢一種咖啡令人有清新嘅感覺消暑一流$150的快樂!

其實本身見到價錢牌百幾蚊食一個bagel都有少少卻步

但佢上菜嘅時候同我一切開嘅感覺我就冇再覺得佢收得貴
唔知大家有冇行過超級市場一罐細細的黑松露醬都要$150起佢今次嘅黑松露炒蛋起碼落咗接近¼嘅份量一間小店來講咁揼本真係好少見

黑松露份量多味道好出 佢個bagel同平時嗰啲有啲唔同佢個面就好似食港式芝士包嗰種皮有少少香口嘅感覺

依個做法幾特別

意粉三文魚質素正常
上網做咗少少功課話佢哋意粉係自己手作
