好耐無嚟元朗，朋友一早book咗呢間火鍋店打邊爐果然有質數一坐低揀咗個湯底✨玲瓏浮凸 花膠雞湯鍋 半隻雞嘅份量都足夠，個湯底勁鮮甜加入花膠同雞肉夠嫩滑，所以放配料之前。我地每人都飲咗兩碗雞湯滋補一下✨大滾友牛肉拼盤(細)下次都一定會Encore呢個牛肉拼盤有齊唔同牛嘅部位，樣樣都有啲頂級安格斯牛肉 手切牛頸脊 牛舌片 牛黃喉 金錢牛展 牛肉粒 美國肥牛✨A4黑毛和牛牛胸腹黑毛和牛口感真係好軟滑，就算烚耐咗都完全唔會靭✨大蜆食牛之餘，又點少得海鮮呢碟冰震大蜆，隻隻飽滿，超新鮮下次一定要帶屋企人嚟食🥰
