朋友聚會，揀左元朗(大滾友)打邊爐，食材新鮮，湯底今次試左花膠雞湯鍋一隻，味道不錯，而且店員會協助你在你面前剪花膠及淥落煲，十分足料，還會鼓勵你可先喝雞湯，再淥其他食物，服務幾貼心，而且因是wts訂位關係，4人以上送了加拿大象拔蚌一條($998)，象拔蚌刺身很爽口，非常新鮮，還有牛肉也是非常新鮮，另外有一個鳳美鮮蝦雲吞，比較特別，因彩用原隻蝦包雲吞，成隻蝦尾都外露岀黎，彈牙爽口，雖然整體價錢較貴，但勝在食物夠新鮮，值得再去！
