Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚同朋友食生日飯,黎左呢間位於諾士佛臺既日本餐廳,我相信好多人對呢頭都唔會陌生,地方就腳又易搵。呢度既裝修好似係日本江戶時代咁,連d waiter都著晒和服,成個環境好舒服,不過我就嫌d燈光暗左d,好似dining in the dark。呢度本Menu好似字典咁厚,除左主打厚燒玉子之外,海鮮,刺身,壽司,肉類,串燒,飯麵,仲有韓國薄餅等等...真係包羅萬有海鮮沙律$88呢個沙律好fresh,海鮮有三文魚,吞拿魚,油甘魚同埋大甜蝦,除左d刺身新鮮之外,佢連d菜都好爽口,配埋佢個sauce,雖然係有d酸尾尾,不過味道好夾仲好開胃喎,yummy芝士厚玉子$58呢個玉子蛋香又嫩滑juicy,而且入面既芝士溶溶地,仲可以拉絲tim,正餃子$45餃子皮薄而且香脆,仲脹卜卜tim,餡料勁多揚軟骨$48雞軟骨炸得外脆內軟,口感好豐富,味道又好味炸雞香蔥汁$68呢個炸雞就好一般,炸得太乾,好似變左炸雞肉乾粒咁鮮帶子薄餅$68呢個韓式薄餅,竟然係日式居酒屋有得食,好surprise味道唔錯,帶子新鮮又彈牙,薄餅煎得又夠香脆蟹肉牛油果卷$86壽司卷賣相靚,配上牛油果令成個卷都好fresh,口感再多種層次
