To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來比佢裝修吸引而一路都好想試,一行6人諗唔到食咩行開旺角就即管試試,火鍋湯底同食材一般,$300人頭唔係貴但以食物既質素性價比相對較低,飲品只有汽水,其他好似蒸餾水都要額外加錢,對於本身唔飲汽水既人唔係咁方便,不過大家都無咩太介意,因為都一心知道呢到係食環境同享受個懷舊氣氛,但最唔高興既一點係,用餐時間2.5小時,最後30分鐘,15分鐘,10分鐘同5分鐘都有同一員工打攪提醒用餐時間,真係另到成個氣氛破壞晒,最後仲有2分鐘時就同我地講夠鐘請我地離開,成年人大家有紀律,真係無必要做到咁小氣,本身都準備走,但好不忿不停比人催促,本來用餐時間6點半到9點,但未夠鐘已經比人提幾次,員工解釋有客人訂枱9時開始,所以要準備收拾,仲同我地講呢個係老闆既安排,佢地員工知唔係咁好但都無辦法 ....總之我同一班朋友都話,可一不可再。
