To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小學有段時間因家事,在元朗大堂跟公公度住...住左三年,中學搬返出去...小學讀半晝,夏天下午去游水,游完就黎呢度食車仔面..佢既辣汁,吸引程度,無用置疑...十多年前已常常大排長龍,要堂食要外賣也要等...搬返出市區後,我每隔一段日子便入去食,老闆知我大老遠去幫襯,總是加多幾粒魚旦∕∕冬菇∕∕雞奕給我...我推介永年的豬腸----依家唔係有太多賣新鮮豬腸,我中意新鮮豬腸的持有羶味..新鮮豬腸要'啤'水、要洗屎、過程繁複又花時間,利潤又不是十分高,所以很少很少車仔麵店賣新鮮豬腸了...深水捗有一檔車仔面也是賣新鮮豬腸,吃不到永年時,我也會跑去那間慰下寂聊!!!無敵辣汁-----好好味,但小心辣到胃痛,但食永年冇左辣汁等於魚蛋粉冇辣椒油近呢十幾年,永年有不少變化...好像租埋隔離舖比食客堂食,亦由以前朔膠碗,變成即用即棄的發泡膠碗,免卻洗碗之憂..唯一冇變係永遠有人龍,個個心甘情願等

----依家唔係有太多賣新鮮豬腸,我中意新鮮豬腸的持有羶味..

新鮮豬腸要'啤'水、要洗屎、過程繁複又花時間,利潤又不是十分高

深水捗有一檔車仔面也是賣新鮮豬腸,吃不到永年時,我也會跑去那間慰下寂聊!!!
