To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 屋企人生日大壽,今次黎食Omakase,好似去完一轉日本咁開心又滿足。餐廳嘅服務好好,有店員專人一對一服侍,幫手拉櫈掛袋,仲即刻上左熱毛巾同熱茶,決定好邊個set之後仲好快上前菜。/前菜🌟水雲酸酸地好開胃、法國鴨胸好嫩好滑、仲有響螺,成個賣相幾精美。/刺身🌟刺身全部都好新鮮,秋刀魚刺身嘅擺碟好靚。特別喜歡鱈魚BB刺身,輕微烤過魚皮再加埋白麵豉汁,食落又香又鮮味。仲有黎自北海道嘅生蠔真係好大隻,又juicy又鮮甜!燒拖羅腹位包住紫菜,充滿住油香好好食。/和食🌟和食係酒煮金目鯛,再加左日本嘅配菜。/壽司🌟食到壽司嘅時候都開始飽,但因為好好食所以都忍唔住食哂。仲有香港人最鍾意嘅海膽壽司,有兩大舊北海道海膽,食落超鮮甜!好好食!/抹茶牛奶奶凍🌟最後個甜品真係好好食,個奶凍好滑,味道十分之清甜,加埋上層嘅抹茶醬,食落甘甘地好夾。
