To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Wanna be green today? 🤱. 想體會下變綠係咩感受唔一定要戴綠帽既,嚟班蘭葉食地道印尼菜同樣可以!一去到餐廳先來杯班蘭沙冰($42),滿滿既梛香配合班蘭汁同煉奶真係好邪惡!員工力推既巴東燒倉魚飯($148)皮脆肉汁多,點埋上菜時奉送既特色甜醬可謂出奇地配合!破乳鴿雜菜飯($128) 鴿皮上掛住滿滿既肉鬆,一搣開脆脆外皮就係媲美沙田乳鴿嘅鴿肉,唔算超級細嫩但勝在惹味同整體層次豐富。不得不讚額外奉送嘅辣椒汁,辣得來好醒胃兼配合鴿肉!印尼小食拼盤($88)最愛反而係睇落最整既炸雞,炸粉薄得來又保持到鬆脆兼肉滑,真係功力少d都整唔到,下次來我應該只會單點炸碎雞($38, fyr~) 一項as小食,慳返我個胃啲位😂好似嫌間野,我本人同成個post唔夠綠咁,我個fd最後仲嗌多左碟馬拉盞炒秋葵($68),well 係依度嗌綠色嘅嘢果然唔會有伏,鐘意食秋葵既人應該會爆鐘意食呢碟嘢,個配搭好有驚喜,有好似蝦醬既汁做底,大愛,無得輸!我願意為依個餐廳做一個綠既人💚
