To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔知大家對印尼菜有咩感覺呢😆?除左Weekend見到印尼姐姐互相分享食物,我反而諗起以前住home stay既印尼host family,仲帶我去印尼餐廳食飯,確實有啲緬懷。朋友介紹呢間班蘭葉印尼美食,負責人服務態度超有禮☺️細細間舖頭坐滿食客,有印尼人,亦有唔少香港人。首先一讚餐廳menu非常細心,有齊食物圖片,中/英/印尼語,圖文並茂,點餐十分方便。燒雞班蘭尖塔飯 $98燒雞配上印尼烤醬,甜甜地好滋味,半隻燒雞睇落好似有啲細隻,但千祈唔好比佢個Size呃到😆戴上餐廳提供的膠手套 (非常細心💕),慢慢撕開你會發現份量出奇地多!肉質多汁嫩滑,連雞胸部位都燒得岩岩好,唔會又乾又鞋口,配搭秘制辣味醬汁,帶點刺激感。班蘭尖塔飯造型吸睛,有淡淡既班蘭香味,亦中和到醬汁的辛辣感。印尼花膠湯班蘭雞粉皮 $78有啲意想不到印尼都會有花膠湯😯而且做得相當不錯👍🏻先飲一啖湯底,花膠味濃而稠密(超級有驚喜🤩),味道天然無乜味精,用上真材實料,杞子、蟲草花等。班蘭雞咁岩食到雞脾部位,雞皮黃而薄身,肉質鮮嫩;粉皮偏闊身,皮薄嫩滑,同花膠湯好夾,好味到清晒成碗,一滴不留。鴨胸串燒 (3串) $58店員熱情推介鴨胸

鴨胸串燒 (3串) $58
店員熱情推介鴨胸串燒,因為新推出,所以仲未加上Menu,又係另一樣食完你唔會後悔的小食🤤炭燒味重,肉質帶有彈性,多汁嫩滑,風味濃郁,配埋沙嗲醬無得彈。相比平時食到重咸香煙燻味的鴨胸,呢個更為出色。

桂皮箭皮箭葉果蜜 $28、香茅可樂 $28
肉桂棒有著獨有的幽香,聞落香甜芬芳,飲落卻是有柔和舒暢的感覺,再加入青檸和果蜜,味道酸酸甜甜又滋潤。

香茅帶點檸檬香,不會太過搶味,算是一個小點綴,有助解辣。

最後忍唔住買多件班蘭蛋糕 ($15)返屋企,打開膠袋,班蘭香氣隨即鑽進鼻子,口感非常軟熟,少許濕潤,獨特的香味在口腔久久不散,大概係我食過最好食的班蘭蛋糕😋。
