To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽朋友講旺角有一間任食泰式火鍋🇹🇭,平時都好鍾意食泰式菜既我,二話不說就相約朋友去試吓。😽我哋揀咗套餐C,除咗肉類仲有唔少泰國特色食品,例如串燒,炸物。💞餐廳劃分了自取區,可以自行拎取喜愛的食物,值得一提的是蔬菜好有光澤而且好新鮮,整齊排放。🥦🥬炸物薄薄一層粉漿非常鬆脆,咬開入面仲噴緊煙💯。而串燒火喉控制好重呀,外面有焦香而內裏仍保留肉汁。🤩火鍋配料墨魚仔,好新鮮有鮮甜味,口感爽口彈牙。🐙湯底選擇了青檸椰奶雞湯鍋🐔,濃郁的椰香中滲透輕微的青檸酸味,配上雞湯,豐富味蕾。😝新鮮出爐的春卷,超級脆卜卜。👍🏻
