去餐廳食飯有時要諗食咩,最清楚時令食咩當然是廚師啦!貪過癮去黑木試串燒廚師發辦,就可以放心交俾廚師。<沙律>有蘋果片、藍莓、蔬菜、蘿蔔絲和甜粟米,撈了柚子汁吃,感覺清新。<雞肉棒配溫泉蛋>雞肉棒由雞腿肉加雞軟骨製成,雞肉口感超滑,原來雞是用九州走地雞,醬汁則用了雞皮雞殼等淆製而成,味道濃郁帶甜,蛋白似啫喱咁滑,蛋黃味道濃稠,有黏口的感覺。<南非磯煮鮑魚>師傅在鮑魚戒了幾下,口感彈牙,有少許酒香。<牛舌>用牛近喉嚨的牛脷位,燒至八九成熟,牛脷外脆內嫩,有少許羶,但仍可接受,或點麻油吃。<松葉蟹甲羅燒>未吃已聞到蟹膏味道,吃蟹肉、蟹膏和北海道海膽味道已經鮮到不得了,紫洋蔥配上底層的紫蘇葉襯托出另一種獨特的甜味,多士超脆。<八爪魚漬>八爪魚爽口彈牙<青椒>用了雞汁燒,味道幾香<沖繩黑豚肉腸>皮脆肉嫩,肉是粉紅色,多汁,油分夠。<白鰻>經蒸過然後再燒,鰻魚的皮好脆,肉很嫩。<十勝紅豆,芝士年糕>芝士味濃,年糕煙韌。<菠蘿>
