上個禮拜六冇抖過咁繼續進修同工作,喺上環上堂之後,已經有d攰,趕去兩場工作之前,就想去一去食d refreshing既野食,poke bowl係不二之選,好彩而家poke專門店越黎越多,想食個陣都唔難搵到,我個日就幫襯左新開既𝗣𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 💁🏽‍♀️ Menu上有幾個已經配搭好既Poke,我同朋友就想自己配搭多d,就一人一碗自選!➿ 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝑩𝒐𝒘𝒍 ($98)[ 吞拿魚‧枝豆‧雜錦香菇‧豆腐‧木魚絲‧紫菜絲‧芥末乳酪醬‧糙米飯配沙律菜 ]唔覺意揀左個充滿蛋白質既配搭,吞拿魚新鮮,冇筋,同芥末乳酪醬幾夾,雖然有係芥辣,但唔會攻鼻,幾惹味添😋➿ 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒐𝒘𝒏 𝑩𝒐𝒘𝒍 ($96)[ 慢煮雞胸(無激素)‧西蘭花‧雜錦香菇‧甜粟米‧豆腐‧花生碎‧紫菜絲‧胡麻醬‧壽司飯 ]朋友就揀左慢煮雞胸,肉質唔乾柴,仲有揀左少見poke餐廳有既花生碎🥜 成餐飯就聽住佢咬唔同菜同配料既聲,冇食都知道口感有幾豐富🤭飯量可以揀多飯/ 正常飯/少飯,我揀左正常飯,但都覺得飯量都唔少💁🏽‍♀️ 醬汁都可以揀多/ 少,個人認為揀糙米飯可以揀多醬汁!➿ 蜜糖藍莓椰子脆片 ($23)

好鍾意佢地用左個好重手工感又好似椰子既碗裝住yogurt,份量岩岩好,食完能量滿滿😆

哈哈,明顯就唔係我飲架啦🤭 朋友好少食得咁健康,所以叫罐肥仔水平衡番!
