To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近一股鳳梨熱,連食魚鍋都要揀佢!今次同朋友食,叫咗爆醬鳳梨香辣豆花味,小麻小辣,我哋揀咗海鱸魚,因為肉細嫩、厚、實,$298一鍋,仲叫埋配菜寬粉同黃金組合,即係土豆、金針菇、海帶片、蓮藕片。等緊條魚時,叫咗醬燒白鱔,like 社交平台仲送青瓜一份,朋友食過冷盤川式口水雞話好味,所以今次都有叫。鳳梨同辣魚超夾!酸甜中和咗啲辣味,冇咁刺激仲多咗份香甜,如果有多啲豆花就好~醬燒白鱔超大份同厚肉,一啖咬落去好過癮。青瓜爽脆,唔算太辣,用來做前菜一流。口水雞加咗麻醬,同坊間做法好唔同,而且都切得幾大件。抵👍🏻整體來講性價比高,下次都會再食!
