To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 正月十五(元宵節)，好友姐姐請客午餐，本來是要品嘗LUMI的蘋果派🍎🥧，可能係節日原因，一位難求，轉身來到隔離的夜上海。姐姐早年在台灣生活，以前經常光顧台灣101夜上海，對於這個品牌很有信心，姐姐的介紹果然沒錯，服務熱情周到，菜品一流，💫值得推薦😋「叉子燒餅崧子肉碎」，裡面加了馬蹄，口感味道都是上稱，再來一道😋「獨頭蒜紅燒肉」，創意十足，味道不錯，唯一不足肥肉比例少了些，「醃篤鮮」非常甜美。「清炒蝦仁」和「小籠包」在香港的上海菜中應該是屬一屬二的，很美味的午餐，還有贈送的芝麻湯圓，非常滿足，送咗優惠劵買單三個人約800元，綜合來說，菜品服務，值得呢個價錢。
