今天和朋友到大埔聚舊,見到有Oppa燒肉就立馬選定它,因為每人都合吃嘛!限定是吃一個半小時的,絕對夠吃啦~門面很觧明的招牌,位於老人院門口的旁邊。我們準時於開業時間5:30PM來到,所以入座後場內並不多人店名叫得做OPPA,當然也要有OPPA的肖像XD,是鳥大叔PSY的畫像來的~餐具雖不及其他韓燒店般齊整和多,但也很貼心的備有濕紙巾!配菜醬料不算很好多,也算是湊湊合合有的。韓燒肉要配生菜是必備的先來一份《雞肉》($78/200g),雞肉看起來平平無奇,卻很特別,很"襟"燒,比起豬和牛,雞肉燒很久也不會燶呢!肉味方面明顯有經過醃製的,很入味,好!然後是《什錦牛肉》($338/450g),裡面有牛排骨、牛肋肉、M6和牛肩胛肉、牛脷多個牛部位,牛脷是厚切的,很厚實,牛肩胛肉最觧味和肉質剛剛好,不會過"鞋"。牛排骨也不錯~牛肋肉比較需要燒久一點,但口感最好值得注意的是,平常韓燒店都是提供一個圓形的鍋,這裡卻是一個傾斜的盤子,好特別最右側有一行放蛋漿的位置,而左側就是兩個小角落,供我們趕不及吃的話就把肉塊放在那兒待一會,既不會冷卻掉,又不會燒焦,好貼心的設計呢!接著上了一個湯品—《韓式海觧湯》(
