Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排食韓燒好似食到上咗癮咁, 所以今日放工就去咗一間喺大埔都開咗一段時間嘅韓燒, 聽聞呢度有放題食, 見到門口有張海報做緊早割和晚割嘅優惠, 188蚊加每兩位送一份熟食, 覺得價錢ok, 入咗去試試。真露蜆湯 /牛肋骨湯 我哋當日係四個人去食,所以送咗兩份熟食, 真露蜆湯幾重胡椒味和有蜆嘅鮮味。 牛肋骨湯應該落咗牛奶去煮, 飲落又少少creamy, 同埋都幾重牛味。豬頸肉+ 五花腩 +前菜呢度同大部分嘅韓燒店都一樣, 上菜前都有幾碟前菜分別有泡菜,醃芽菜,海帶同埋有一籃生菜, 生菜係配燒肉嚟食,食落去會感覺, 冇咁肥膩 , 呢度嘅豬頸肉用韓式醃料醃過, 有少少辣, 幾野味, 配韓式辣醬和韓式燒汁夾生菜食一流。 五花腩應該冇醃過, 但本身五花腩嘅脂肪燒起嚟都好甘香, 我比較鍾意食燒得比較燶少少嘅五花腩, 感覺上可以迫曬入面嘅肥油出嚟食囉咁肥膩。美國牛小排+無骨牛肋肉牛肋肉切得比較厚身少少, 食落比較有口感, 油花嘅分佈都幾靚, 有朋友唔係好食得太生牛肉, 所以當日我哋比較燒得熟少少, 牛肋肉都唔會韌。 牛小排我就燒到嗰邊開始有少少燶邊, 食落有少少焦香同埋都幾重牛味。 continue reading
