五月特別多朋友生日,今晚就請其中一位五月之星食生日飯,壽星想食韓燒,我就帶佢來這家我一直都好喜歡的韓國燒肉店!慶祝生日當然要食好一點,我們就點了$368的「江南海鮮燒肉放題」。這個餐性價比極高,可以任食A4日本澳洲和牛加海鮮,另外飲品及order紙上的食物都可以任點。飲品的選擇亦非常多。首先這間餐廳的餐前小食好多種,我就覺得餐廳的泡菜好好味,不會過酸或者過辣,好清爽開胃。最先上菜的是A4和牛併盤,用一隻小牛形態的擺設放上和牛,壽星一見到就好興奮地影相打卡了!餐廳有清楚列明各和牛的種類,最好食的莫過於黑毛和牛三角腩,其脂肪比例均勻,而且油香濃郁!另外餐廳的五花腩都好高質,本身已經有鹽調味,單食已經好出色。如果再配醬汁包菜食又有另一番風味。 而海鮮頭盤亦非常出色,有按人頭提供的扇貝、鮑魚及大蝦,當中的鮑魚最質素最好,口感彈牙爽口!另外order紙上除咗有大腸、雞肉、午餐肉等等肉類外,還有其他比較特別的熟食。海鮮煎餅及炸雞海鮮煎餅內有一些魷魚粒及蝦仁,不過不失。炸雞比較有驚喜,即叫即炸,炸粉不算厚,但炸得外脆內軟,還有肉汁!辣冷麵份量都不少,冷麵的麵條煮得好彈牙,而且湯底帶點梨汁的甜味,把麵上的辣醬攪拌再食都不會覺得太辣,而冷麵上的牛肉煮得好嫩,整體來說不錯。 雪濃湯最好味的熟食之一!裡面有煮得好軟身的蘿蔔及牛肋骨,雪濃湯煮得非常鮮甜濃郁,感受到蘿蔔自身的甜味,好有層次。最後每位都有一個雪糕做甜品,壽星表示非常滿足啊~👍🏻 continue reading

燒肉!燒肉!食燒肉!好耐無食過燒肉啦!上次同朋友過嚟太和食野嘅時候已經見到呢間燒肉放題,所以今晚終於可以過嚟試下啦。。去到門口好有酒吧feel。。好大聲嘅韓國音樂,陣陣燒肉香味,裝修都係韓國特色!店員係門口已經會問食邊個set。咁餐廳有分A4和牛燒肉,同M7M6和牛燒肉嘅,仲可加飲品,加酒精飲品添。今次我地試下M7M6嘅弘大和牛燒肉放題,因為呢個set本身都會送一份A4和牛嘅。咁第一次就食個平餐試下先啦。。餐廳用大嘅長方形煎盤,有別於圓形穿窿嘅煎pan,呢個煎盤傳熱好快,熱得快熟得快,所以燶得快😂😂😂記得要睇住,因為真係好快熟。。另外枱面都已經有3款小食,泡菜好食,海帶就咸左小小,芽菜酸酸地咁。哇!送嘅呢一份和牛好大份!成隻牛送上枱,大部份牛嘅部位都齊,而且有明確標示係乜野牛肉,讚👍🏻!仲有會上一條五花腩,好大條!我諗食完呢份已經飽一半🤣放落煎pan真係好快熟!如果一次過擺滿去煎,應該會食唔切同反唔切,所以大家真係要慢慢燒,我地都係幾片幾片咁燒。燒完醃牛肉之後,個煎pan癡住啲汁濃哂,我地用紙巾去刷,個店員見到就教我地其實用一片生菜去刷一刷就可以整走啲濃嘅野,又真係好work喎!又學到新野😬個和牛拼盤每一款都好香,入口油花均勻,又香牛味唔癡牙。連5花腩都好香豬味,唔需要任何醬汁都好食。食完拼盤就寫紙仔啦,小食我就點左炸雞,炸雞🍗脆卜卜,係雞脾肉,啖啖肉 ,本身加左醃粉係面。仲有點左一份真露蜆湯,材料好多,有豬腸,蜆同蘿蔔,其實好似飲緊胡椒豬肚湯咁。。點左翠肉瓜同雞髀菇,雞髀茹真係好好食!燒完牛肉放菇落去吸啲牛牛味,咬入口有少少爽口又有汁,perfect match!海鮮類我地試左魷魚🦑好食,唔會un另外就點左一份牛肉,每款點左4片去試下。。不過就無標示牛肉名,同食入口同岩先A4果拼盤真係有分別,呢啲牛肉油花會小啲,根位多啲嘅,但一樣有牛味,好食!薄薄一片好快熟,其實小食同麵我就無試啦,因為真係太飽了食完仲有一人一杯雪糕選擇添。。呢度飲酒食燒肉環境一流!好有韓國feel,收工聚一聚,飲酒的話選擇好多,有韓國燒酒生啤加錢任飲,真係好抵!鍾意飲酒食燒肉嘅大家值得一試,價錢合理又可以食2個鐘和牛 continue reading

今日同老公去大埔踩單車,踩到又攰又餓,咁啱行過呢度門口寫住燒肉放題,我話要食呢間。裡面都幾大,牆上有好多好靚嘅手繪畫。飲品櫃亦排列得好整齊,仲有好多韓式飲品揀。呢度前菜有泡菜,海帶同埋芽菜。海帶咸咸地,芽菜有少少辣,都幾好食。職員先送上頭盤,見到已經覺得好豐富,好吸引。呢間餐廳都幾有心思,頭盤係用木製牛嘅木板上,每款牛嘅部位都放返啱位,而每個部位旁邊亦有張紙仔寫住邊個部位,等客人知道食緊咩。呢度d牛望落去肥瘦均勻,顏色都好靚。我最鐘意和牛三角腩,入口好有肉汁,油脂分佈剛好。而和牛金展就最瘦,仲好大塊,平日就用黎打邊爐多,今次用來燒先知原來咁好食,肉汁同樣豐富。梨泰院牛排骨就有醃過,好入味,夠晒味道,好好味。五花腩大大塊,呢個真係好多油脂,配埋旁邊生菜食就覺得無咁邪惡。除左頭盤之外, 呢度選擇嘅種類都有好多。我哋第二轉點左炸雞,人參雞湯,八爪魚,雞肉,同埋一d肉。炸雞剛炸起,咬落鬆脆。人參雞湯雞味濃,仲有大大隻雞,真材實料。八爪魚都係好大份架,食落爽口,調味調得幾好。最後點少得甜品,每人可以點一杯雪糕。呢度有三個牌子,而每個牌子就只得一種味道。我就揀咗個movenpick雪糕,係雲呢拿味。而老公嗰個就dryers朱古力味雪糕,食完就覺得好滿足。 continue reading

今日突然好想食燒肉,記得朋友話大埔有間燒肉店好好食,於是立即揸車入去搵佢一齊刷餐勁放題有兩款選擇,江南海鮮燒肉放題或者弘大燒肉放題,一場黎到,當然要是多啲嘢,揀了江南海鮮燒肉放題,因為有我最愛的和牛,仲要係任食先來一個海鮮頭盤,四隻深海虎蝦蝦加兩隻彈牙鮑魚加大大隻美味元貝,元貝灑上蒜蓉,更加惹味主角來了,11款不同的牛放在牛形盤上,和牛金展薄切,香濃牛味, 澳洲和牛脷,切成條狀,識落更濃郁,還有A4和牛類,全部入口即溶,真係非常美味,另外霜降小牛牌,鹿兒島牛柳粒,咬落煙韌有口感,梨泰院牛排骨,長長一大塊鋪在爐上燒,再用鉸剪前一小塊,食落更方便最後雖然有點飽,還是忍不住encore了和牛這個套餐除了和牛任食,飲品也是任飲,連生啤也是任飲的,雖然食物紙內除了牛肉還有很多美食,但真的太飽了,下次來一定再試其他 continue reading

OPPA韓國燒肉店 (大埔).江南海鮮燒肉放題$368.燒肉真的是間中就會想吃,今天和女朋友過來大埔,看到韓國燒肉店好像很耐沒有吃過幸好早到,因為很快已經非常爆場我們選擇了貴一點的套餐,因為當中包括海鮮拼盤扇貝虎蝦以及鮑魚仔,扇貝以及鮑魚仔上面有蒜蓉,另外枱面有六至七小碟的小食,仲有有泡菜大豆芽紫菜甜番薯等,我們常常吃配菜都吃到飽燒肉部份貴一點的套餐是可以任食,當中以牛形狀的碟上枱,而每種肉類上都有一張紙仔讓你們清楚知道自己吃牛那一個部位,你可以方便你再叫,還有一大條五花腩配料上有翠玉瓜,南瓜,海蝦等等其他配料可以任叫!如果是食肉獸朋友選擇便宜一點那個套餐也相當夠吃!另外佢飲品選擇好多,除了一般汽水,更有韓國飲品忌廉溝鮮奶,椰青水,所有味道的燒酒,仲有紅白酒同生啤! continue reading
