最近出街嘅次數少咗好多,諗住食下久違了嘅韓式燒肉😙環境係幾地道韓國嘅燒肉餐廳嘅設計,有個好大嘅吸油煙管喺每個爐頭上面。一入到去冇耐揀咗個燒肉放題,啲職員已經非常親切咁幫我哋開爐,倒泡菜蛋漿,同放晒啲配菜喺我哋枱面😆唔使幾分鐘成盤牛已經係我哋面前🤣快到有啲反應唔切原來呢個放題會有頭盤先嘅,夾雜咗來自唔同部位嘅肉😆仲好細心咁寫低晒肉嘅種類,啱晒我呢啲對牛冇乜認知嘅人🤣其中就有A4黑毛和牛肩胛同埋三角腩! 咁大個人第一次食咋🤣🤣呢一個頭盤已經嚐遍世界各地嘅靚牛🐄其中我最鍾意食牛肩胛、雪花腩片、封門柳,因為都係入口即溶嘅口感😚你鍾意有啲咬口嘅就應該會鍾意和牛金錢展~和牛嘅三角腩聽講一隻牛都只有四至5公斤咋!所以好珍貴,睇吓佢啲脂肪分布幾平均!入口軟滑即溶😋本身就咁食已經好食,再配埋佢哋嘅配料先係正宗韓式嘅食法~亦都有醬料、胡椒鹽同埋蒜片我哋仲叫咗芝士燒同埋牛油粟米放喺爐邊度燒,牛油味好香😋加拿大牛排骨應該係頭盤入面唯一有醬料腌製過嘅😙個汁唔會太濃蓋過肉味食完頭盤終於叫下其他嘢食啦~ 一份辣年糕用咗茶杯裝住,好可愛😝 辣年糕好有咬口而且好辣🌶仲有多春魚、雞肉、雞腎、煎泡菜餅同埋最好食嘅韓式炸雞!!! 炸得好脆之餘入面啲雞好滑,而且食落去唔似落咗調味料,係原味嘅炸雞~我都幾推介😍😍不得不說啲員工服務好好! 喺我地煎多春魚嘅時候個爐已經黑晒,搞到煎多春魚嘅時候沾左好多灰,員工見到即刻幫我哋換個新爐,仲要比新嘅多春魚我哋再煎,一直同我地加啲油費事煎燶~好親切🥺🥺另外自己點左啲牛~分別係封門骨同埋牛下腹腩,以為除咗頭盤之外,自己揀嘅牛都會比較低質,點知啲油脂分布仍然都係咁好,食落都係充滿着油香,好驚喜同滿足😋💛最後仲有杯雪糕作結~~放題加$30就可以免費任飲汽水,+$40指定生啤同韓式啤酒,整體好抵食,員工超好服務!!! continue reading

前幾日去大埔踩單車後,真的很餓!就想大食一餐,瘋狂食正嘢,滿足一下食慾😂朋友表示在舊墟直街有間未食過的韓燒,可以試試!去到店外已經有不少客人等待,相信食物有一定保證😙——————————🔹五花腩/豬頸肉/美國牛小排/無骨牛肋肉這四種肉算新鮮,五花肉肥瘦比例均勻,不會整條都很肥;豬頸肉本身有調味,有點辣!但肉質爽而彈牙,肥肪不算多,所以食很多件都不會油膩感;牛小排和無骨牛肋肉薄薄一片,肉質嫩滑,加小小鹽已經很美味😚整體這四種肉質素不錯,脂肪不會太多,肉質嫩而有肉味!抵食👍🏼🔸牛肋骨湯這個牛肋骨湯好香奶味,還有少少甜味,裏面有些煮得很軟腍的牛肋肉,蘿蔔充分吸收湯底牛骨的甜味,飲完超滿足☺️🔹真露煮蜆 這個相對清爽一點,飲完不會有飽肚感~裏面有蜆、魚蛋、蘿蔔和粉絲,作為開胃湯適合不過☺️ 另外我很喜歡無限叫蔬菜、牛油粟米和泡菜蛋卷,啱晒食咁多肉後,可以食其他食物中和一下😚呢個價錢和質素值得一去~ continue reading
