之前喺韓國食過八式燒肉,一直都好想食多次,比我發現原來香港都有得食,緊係要去試吓啦!見到餐牌,諗都唔使諗一定點八式珍味拼盤,佢同韓國都一樣有8款味道去醃d五花腩,分別有人参、黑椒,日式燒汁、大醬、辣椒醬、香草、咖哩同蒜蓉。如果識食,就應該由最淡味食先,最後食最濃味。最首先上枱緊係韓國嘅前菜小碟啦,陣容都唔少,味道有d酸酸辣辣同酸酸甜甜都幾開胃。主菜終於出場啦,八式珍味拼盤,佢將d五花腩卷成圓形,看似藝術品,非常吸引眼球,我地急不及待放落鐵板上面燒,放落爐燒果時咋咋聲,好快已經將油脂迫晒出黎,食落d肉質仲好juice,肥而不膩,肉質帶d爽口,真係食到停唔到口,我個人覺得8隻味都各有特色,全部都好好食,呢個餐仲送咗個蛋餅比我地食,蛋餅用熱煎pan上碟,咋咋聲非常香口,蛋味都好重,非常滿足。我地仲叫咗泡菜飛魚子拌飯,飯面頭真係勁多飛魚子,仲有生蛋、什菜同泡菜撈埋一齊食,個飯每一啖都充滿飛魚子,如果你係飛魚子控一定唔可以錯過。食韓國餐一定唔少得炒辣年糕啦,原來都幾大碟,除咗年糕之外,仲有2隻餃子、魚糕同雞蛋,個汁煮到啱啱好,濃稠度可以掛喺d年糕果度,年糕食落勁煙韌,非常好食。
