想食得好啲,通常都係約人鋸扒,善待自己又唔一定食牛嘅,韓燒豬都可以食得爽皮,尖沙咀呢間有格局又抵食,仲有專人幫你燒埋,唔使食得咁捩棄韓國餐廳通常點餐後都會有幾碟前菜,佢地嘅前菜好特別,除咗泡菜同芽菜,仲有蝦乾同八爪魚,醃得好好食,仲可以refill𠻹二人餐頭盤係釀冬菇伴柚子沙律,一大盤沙律撈咗好香嘅柚子醋,最特別係裡面有釀冬菇,質感獨特又夾到沙律炸蛋梳乎厘都好得意,真係未食過鹹嘅梳乎厘,炸蛋質地好鬆軟,冇多餘水份但又好濕潤,撈埋芝士、蟹籽同蔥真係超梳乎嚟到二人餐嘅壓軸—濟州黑毛豬喇,呢隻豬生前過得幾好,食嘅係百草玉米、大豆等靚飼料,住嘅地方分分鐘大過我地班社畜,天然環境無污染,可以有極大空間做運動,化身小鮮肉五花肉嘅層次已經睇得到,豬肉層次潔白分明,經過燒烤,更顯晶凝通透,口感彈牙無比點吓特製嘅醃洋蔥醬,油脂同清新嘅口味交雜,味蕾開始運動了前上肩肉係相對運動量較大嘅地方,但質感都唔會嚡,肌肉發達同時扣得住肥美脂肪,究竟做咩運動先得呢?由於冇晒調味豬皮,所以會畀多啲特級豬頸肉,由於冇殘留藥性,又低膽固醇,怕肥嘅人都放心食,好有營養㗎,仲保留到豬頸肉嘅爽口特質食完豬肉仲會留少少豬頸肉,切碎佢再用嚟整泡菜炒飯,加埋蟹籽同醃蘿蔔炒起,再落芝士同紫菜,然後焗幾分鐘就食得個樣好似韓國嘅火飯,只係更乾爽,底部有飯焦,又香濃又有嚼口全程燒肉用餐時間都長長地㗎,雖然有茶水,同胃民吹水吹到嗌返杯嘢飲乾吓杯夏天飲薄荷沙冰最好不過,仲有椰香,啱晒大暑飲 continue reading
