韓國料理大行其道,雖然用餐完會有油煙味,但還是會去韓一下。座位寬敞, 燒烤爐分配平均,不用飛象過河。有燒烤類,也有熟食料理。這裡的燒烤是用電子來控制紅外線火力的,加上這塊像石鍋的燒烤盤,快速傳熱。每位均有個夾,自己也可動手燒烤一下﹗一邊看餐牌,一邊先吃這些小碟。先來至愛海鮮,鮮帶子、鮮大蝦、鮮八爪魚。大粒帶子,邊燒邊流出水份,待帶子收縮,兩邊金黃的,就可以食用了,肉質依然鮮嫩juicy,中間位置帶有少許咸水味。鮮八爪魚,看似大件,實際熟透後的大小剛好;既有彈性又軟熟的質感,一點也不難消化。大蝦在燒烤時已散發出非常誘人的鮮蝦味,大隻又彈牙。烤無骨雞脾肉,用了適量醃料醃過,既鮮甜又嫩滑,可用生菜包點辣醬蒜片等食用。濟洲島黑毛豬五花腩,脂肪分佈平均,這樣熟透後,才會有那油脂的豐腴嫩口感。豬皮,這個燒得讓人心驚膽跳的,燒時要用生菜蓋著以免牠彈跳,不過確實很難燒,幸好有友人代勞,燒得剔透,口感煙韌。燒烤總會有點熱氣感,來碗酒冰涼一下,沒有不太濃烈的酒味,絶對適合女孩子們飲用啊﹗想不到,原來這裡也有醬油蟹,韓式醬油蟹(豉油蟹),粒粒紅椒絲絲蒜條,與大閘蟹黑色黃色的蟹膏,出形成了一幅鮮明的照片;漿口

想不到,原來這裡也有醬油蟹,韓式醬油蟹(豉油蟹),粒粒紅椒絲絲蒜條,與大閘蟹黑色黃色的蟹膏,出形成了一幅鮮明的照片;漿口蟹膏與啫喱狀蟹肉非常鮮味,唯醬汁味略為咸了一點;識食一定食蟹蓋,加一湯匙白飯拌勻一下,yummy ~

人蔘雞湯, 雞件嫩滑,並沒有大陣蔘味,加入了糯米,反而有點似粥,同樣吃到一滴不漏﹗
