今晚星期五happy friday😊約了幾位朋友🤝來到這餐廳🍽來一趟韓式燒一燒🔥,之前朋友🙋‍♂️食過質素ok👌,所以我們相約來吃,餐廳的面積一般卻坐得舒適👍沒有侷促的感覺💕,周圍佈置了韓式嘅元素例如一些掛畫等別具風味。🔅韓式特色是配料頗多✔,芽菜🌿、竹筍☘、泡菜🍀等、先吃點當熱身👄。韓燒當然有鐵板🔥,叫了帶子、魷魚🦑、蝦🦐、五花腩🐽、牛肋骨🐄等,肉燒得不要太耐🔴,以免變肉乾◾,而當肉轉色再燒多一陣就可以了🥢,這時夾起吃仍保持肉汁💧,肉入味,而我會將肉包著菜來吃🥦,加点韓醬更惹味😋。同樣,帶子、魷魚、蝦等海鮮也不宜燒太久了🕒,當中我欣賞的帶子,肉不會過實,軟硬剛好,而蝦的size頗大隻啖啖肉,不錯👌。今晚同朋友韓燒飲番杯🍻,釋放工作壓力更開懷💭,下次再來happy😎。👑🥢👑🥢👑🥢👑🥢👑🥢
