起緊屋企人生日，諗住搵一間靚靚哋嘅omakase慶祝生日，然後上網搜尋結果好多人介紹呢一間中環omakase, 估唔到一試就愛上真係好好食，質素好高，廚師非常有心思，環境相當有格調，好似去咗日本嘅感覺，而且每一碟都係廚師精心炮製，而且裝修個櫃，有日本風格，而且廚師係日本人，雖然唔識聽日文，但係都有職員現場翻譯，非常貼心嘅服務，睇得出KC好專業，值得欣賞，呢度我非常推介龍蝦配龍蝦汁魚子醬龍蝦肉，鮮嫩單口，非常可口，而且整體嘅層次感都好分明，仲有餐前就係清酒，味道香甜，有廚師時間制嘅站就可以唔同，仲有牡丹蝦配上梅花煮嘅湯，味道鮮甜，味道鮮甜，而且海蝦帶子配咗梅酒，呢度服務質素好高，員工好主動為客人服務，有笑容有親切感，有賓至如歸的感覺
