To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐都無見友人了,今日收左工約咪友人去銅鑼灣見面,比我發現左呢間餐廳,店面唔算好大,但係食物質素一啲都唔差,非常有特色同好味。首先我地叫左個燒牛仔骨花膠湯粉皮,花膠勁大一片,食落好有口感,而且湯底濃厚,非常好味,友人勁鐘意呢個湯。跟住叫左個燒雞班蘭尖塔飯,個飯係綠色既好香既椰子香味,入面佩咪個醬汁,辣辣地撈埋個飯食一流。之後叫多個小食,烤柚子雞翼,味道都唔錯,一古好香既柚子味帶動成個口腔,啲口水都出曬黎。再試咪個串燒,我同友人都勁鐘意個白鱔,大大條非常有口感,已經去咪骨,可以好安心食。重有羊肉同蝦,都好好味,表面有一層燒汁,甜甜地非常野味。最後叫左兩杯沙冰,一杯係牛油果沙冰,感覺好豐厚,飲落去有漸漸既牛油果香味湧曬出黎。友人就選左杯班蘭沙冰,非常正宗。係細過時食到既綠色班蘭糖味。甜甜地都好好飲。
