如果在香港要食日本料理， 首推柏屋， 絕對比「龍X」好。每道菜都做到盡善盡美，這次已是我第二次來柏屋，我喜歡在這裡的每一道菜式； 環境舒服；工作人員友善介紹菜式/飯桌服務有效率；飯後廚師及工作人員更送到電梯， 細節做得非常到位， 看得出用心經營。值得推薦
