To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講起食素食,好多人都會覺得清淡,想起中式齋鋪。其實呢個都係我既感覺,不過今日試既呢度,就推翻哂上面既固有印象。一入到既風格,已經有一種高雅既感覺。坐得好舒服,第一印象已唔錯。當然,餐廳最重要既係食物。先試左小食,泰式香煎如餅,望落似泰式蝦餅,雖然係素食,但鮮味比肉食有過之無不及,出色。之後就係擔擔麵,辣味適中,食麵連湯一口食,濃厚滋味。主菜係招牌菜黑松露薯蓉大啡茹,叫得招牌菜,精彩可期,薯蓉焗到好香,有好濃黑松露味,菇既鮮味咬落又有juicy。一定要試。最後係,泰式鳳梨炒飯,雖然無任何肉,但好開胃,幾種味夾起嚟好有層次。一餐飯,有哂中,西,泰風味,素菜都有哂咁多玩法,值得捧下場。
