為左減肥,近排都食得清淡d,星期日出街食lunch就揀左呢間素菜餐廳,見佢響OpenRice 都幾多好評,仲要係良心小店餐廳裝修以紫色+白色做主調,D隔板都係西洋風花紋Lunch set 一個價錢包埋前菜+湯+飲品,考慮到餐廳位於尖沙咀,價錢可以接受。我同男友各自點左唔同湯,>南瓜蘋果甘荀湯:以南瓜甘荀蓉配上少量細粒蘋果煮湯,比一般南瓜湯更鮮甜清新,好有新鮮蔬果既原味,細細粒蘋果煮到淋哂,口感似薯仔法包唔太脆,但點湯食都幾好味>椰子花生雪耳湯好足料,飲落有驚喜,湯好重椰香味,甜甜地,好潤喉,不過我就搵唔到花生,反而搵到兩舊木瓜呢次係我第一次食藜麥沙律,知道藜麥係比較貴+健康,細細兜味道都ok!>如香茄子煲有好多款菇+茄子+齋煮埋一齊,芡汁多,撈飯食好快就食哂,不過同魚香茄子煲黎比,少左鹹魚既咸香味,覺得落少少植物豬肉/植物牛肉咁煮,會再好味d>鮮茄芝士菠菜南瓜猴菇焗飯推薦必食,猴菇+芝士焗=有咬口既芝士大啡菇咁,芝士好拉絲,蕃茄、南瓜焗到溶哂落飯度,所以個飯係酸酸甜甜咁好開胃,不過菠菜係原條,覺得可以打成蓉/切碎佢,咁會方便食d鹹柑橘蜜(左):鹹柑橘鹹度適宜,岩岩好。蘆薈柚子蜜(右):有原粒蘆薈,甜甜地幾好飲。下次再黎食甜品 continue reading

朋友生日,他是一位素食主義者,所以他帶我去了尖沙咀金馬倫道的雅.悠蔬食,食晚餐。這裏環境裝修得好優雅,餐廳以潔白的色調,感覺到很舒服清新,少女風的感覺。而餐廳的店員亦十分殷勤有禮。我們點了兩個晚餐,好豐富,有前菜,沙律,手捲,主食等。前菜是泰式香茅金柚鮮果沙律王,鮮美白靈菇刺身。味道清新,金有鮮果沙律酸酸甜甜味道開胃。蘆筍素香鬆苜宿芽手卷,香芒牛油果苜宿芽手卷。 蘆筍素香鬆苜宿手捲,苜宿芽口感脆脆,新鮮,味道非常清新,吃起上來,有索索聲,好味。我選了中湯, 猴頭菇竹笙黃耳無花果百合湯,想不到素食湯都可以這麼好味,非常好飲。主菜是:和風大啡菇蘆筍扁意粉配照燒素帶子和白松露蘆筍茄子紫薯焗千層麵。其中千層面非常好味,芝士配上白松露蘆筍好惹味,底層的紫薯有甜甜的番薯香甜味。甜品是千層蛋糕及紫脆金迷。紫脆金迷裏面有很多層次,上面有雪糕及酥餅,裏面有栗子粉丸等等,作為一餐完結非常圓滿。總結:雅.悠蔬食確實是一間不錯的新派素食館,之前的素菜館總給人一種老舊和油膩的感覺,但這新派素食菜館卻完全不同,令人煥然一新,食材注重非常新鮮,味道清新,讓人吃不厭的感覺。 continue reading

今日又逢10齋日...咁岩又約咗我嗰位食肉獸嘅朋友犯飯聚...所以今日帶佢嚟呢一間非常有特色嘅素食餐廳試一試呢間餐廳以粉紫色系列為主...當你入到去都會有一種好溫暖嘅感覺...而且環境寛敞...令人坐得幾舒服晚市套餐都有好多選擇有湯...有沙律...有手卷...有主食...而且有甜品今晚有泰式香茅金柚鮮果沙律和鮮味八靈菇刺身做頭盤而且仲有蘆筍素香鬆苜蓿芽手卷和香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷添呢個香芒牛油果真係幾香另外仲有牛肝菌塗膠忌廉濃湯和中式既猴頭菇竹笙黃耳無花果百合燉湯淨係聽個名都一流我飲那個塗膠湯就非常濃郁啦主食叫左白松露蘆筍茄子紫薯焗千層闊麵上面有一層濃郁嘅芝士...食落仲要起司嘅再嚟多一個...和風大啡菇蘆筍燴扁意粉配照燒素帶子意粉口感相當軟滑至於甜品...我就食咗一個...椰香紫薯千層班cake味道唔太甜而且易入口我朋友就叫咗個紙醉金迷...呢個甜品真係不得了...又大杯又多生果雪糕今晚真係食到飽一飽 continue reading

相約朋友吃晚餐,這天想吃得健康一點,朋友便帶我來到雅悠蔬食吃素菜。這裏晚餐有單點餐牌,食物選擇非常多,但有選擇困難症的我還是選了晚市套餐。一份晚市套餐非常豐富,包含了前菜、手卷、湯品、主食還有甜品,非常實惠!套餐的前菜有兩款,分別是蜜桃紅火龍果蜜瓜沙律,還有日本黑豆亞塔子伴吉列天貝。水果沙律非常清甜清新,是很不錯的開胃菜!而另一款前菜則比較特別。黑豆很綿密很甜,而吉列天貝也很香口好吃,有接近帶子的口感。手卷我選了香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷。雖然是全素的手卷,但味道一點也不單寡,非常豐富!尤其是芒果配搭牛油果真的是絕配!裏面還有脆脆,有吃芒果軟殼蟹手卷的感覺。苜蓿芽除了營養價值高外,其清新清爽的口感也很討好。湯品有較爲西式或中式的選擇。我選的是黑松露淮山桃膠忌廉濃湯。一上桌就聞到非常濃郁的黑松露香。忌廉湯的口感非常幼滑濃稠,沒想到桃膠原來和忌廉湯這麽夾,增添了不少口感。主菜上我選了一份青咖喱野菜猴頭菇配印度薄餅及飯。這個主食可以説是相當出色!青咖喱非常濃稠香辣,惹味非常,椰香十足!而且材料也很豐富,也多款不同類型的蔬菜,還有猴頭菇,索滿青咖喱醬汁的蔬菜很好吃。另外值得一提的是旁邊的印度薄餅也是高分之作,好久沒吃到如此香酥的薄餅了,佔青咖喱醬汁一起吃剛剛好。最後還有甜品-古法黑芝麻糕。甜而不膩的芝麻糕還有很突出的芝麻香,挺不錯的!整體來説,這家素菜舘的食物質素真的不錯,而且菜式也很創新特別,服務態度又好! continue reading
