今日又會到荃灣逛街購物,逛街之前想歎一下早茶,曾經看過Openrice的食評有人介紹這食店及看過環境相片後,被它優雅脱俗的環境深深吸引住,於是決定到這食店歎早茶。我們早上9.30已到達食店,已經有幾個人在等候安排入座,但亦很快便安排入座。荃灣區昔日是以紡織業為主,食店以這行業做裝修的概念,所以食店的環境充滿濃厚懷舊色彩;門口放置了一個大酒櫃,擺放了不同種類的酒,門口的左右兩邊都擺放了衣車及線圈作裝飾,右邊更擺放了一台織布機;另一邊靠牆的卡位有一大幅的棉花圖案的掛飾,中間更有盞大扇型的吊燈,非常華麗典雅;食店主要以半梳化椅配圓枱或方枱,近牆身及窗邊亦有卡位,而枱與枱之間相隔很遠,所以非常舒適濶落。因為環境實在太吸引所以寫的篇幅比較長。餐具是青花瓷器,繪上了花卉圖案,茶杯和碗都繪上了食店名稱,連筷子座也繪上了花卉圖案,非常別緻。先點選了2壺茶:普洱茶和鐵觀音茶。普洱茶的色澤濃郁,但茶味欠甘香;鐵觀音茶的茶色清晰但味道畧淡,另外有個不綉綱保溫瓶可加熱水。早市時段:早上9:00-早上:11:30,但大部份酒樓的特價早市只是逢一至五供應而星期六日或假期都是正價,這裡卻有優惠,價錢由小點$18.8

侍應生非常有禮貌而且會定時主動收拾吃完的蒸籠和碟子。

這食店除了食物質素高,而且環境非常優雅和舒適,價錢亦相當合理,加上服務一流,所以都會經常來歎茶。
