餐廳喺28樓 有維港景睇裝修摩登時尚風格,中高格調餐具都用上黃銅風格和雲石紋座位寬敞,蠻適合約會我地揀左個tasting menu前菜有避風塘茄子好惹味👍男友點咗花膠螺頭片波士頓龍蝦湯難得不太重味,花膠顯高貴我點咗蟲草花黑松露野菌湯 充滿菌蓉,濃香的菌味伴隨淡淡松露味,好味三文魚籽鳳眼餃估唔到三文魚籽同蝦膠出奇地夾,幾好,個皮再薄少少就perfect, 但相信師傅做呢個皮有佢原因主菜點左豬同辣子雞西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬鞍 iberico 豬除左日本豬外唯有敢不全熟吃的,廚師控制火喉好好,七成熟,汁醬味道剛好。辣子雞值得一讚,中式做法,未食已傳來陣陣香味,香中帶辣,很香口的辣讓人食不停。男朋友不能吃辣都吃了四五件 hahaa火焰橙酒法式焦糖燉蛋上枱前侍應把橙酒點著火,再倒進甜品上面,除咗顏值高,燒過的橙酒沒了酒精卻留下香味,焦糖燉蛋正常不太甜配合橙酒剛好。整體黎講環境同食物質素都唔錯而且亦唔嘈吵,好適合拍拖😊😊
