好懷念日本,仲有滿有藝術感嘅懷石料理🥰原來香港都有得食🤩 萬分期待😚開幕式係~京都豆乳配上九洲粟米 🌽,粟米外層烤得香脆爽甜,下面有滑溜唔太甜嘅豆腐。 八寸~ 今次以秋季作裝飾,入面有楓葉🍁及富士山🗻,真係靚到唔捨得食架💕先食脆口嘅豆紙,入面包住清爽嘅白露荀。然後係最中餅枝豆蓉及日本墨魚夾心,跟住就係新鮮湯葉,即係豆皮,加日本白合及海苔,味道清新。 最後酥脆香口炸路芋配櫻花蝦。三款刺身 ~以池塘造型出場,艷壓全場✨分別有鯛魚、赤貝、鯖魚,新鮮清甜爽滑。鯖魚外層烤過,魚油味更香濃再嚟一粒晶凝通透嘅菜式~ 上面用醋做橙色嘅啫喱,下面有拆蟹肉及日本連芋,最好係一啖食哂,醋可以混合蟹肉,味道更豐富。炸物~ 香脆酥皮包香甜軟滑嘅栗子蓉,然後就有釀咗香甜南瓜蓉嘅意大利青瓜花,下面莖就鹹鹹地。 旁邊仲有日本白合、柚子蘿蔔及蓮藕漬物,可以解膩。最後有我最愛嘅~海膽創作料理上面有鮮艷奪目嘅食用花及名貴嘅白松露,配鮮甜甘香自家製海膽醬汁,仲有北海道馬糞海膽及三文魚籽,好味到不得了😋甜品亦都唔馬虎, 用士多啤梨🍓作泡沫,入面有Q彈啫喱及爽甜蜜瓜,為呢餐作一個完美嘅句號。
