To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從來在大家樂lunch我只會點較'穩陣'的一哥焗豬，但近日睇到大家樂竟然搵股評人青姐賣廣告，仲要玩埋感動流涙，絕對令人估佢唔到。因為這個組合新奇的廣告實在太有噱頭，我決定一試龍與鳳.旺區人多車多，但好處是員工工作更快手，不需多等已經可以開餐。廣告中強調白汁裡有新鮮海蝦，現實是海蝦size較小但可以接受，數量適中，口感尚算爽口，惟未算十分彈牙。白汁屬standard, 味不算濃。紅汁味道適中，不會過甜或酸。雞柳切絲稍嫌數量較少；而紅白汁再切絲影響下雞味一般，可幸肉質仍算OK。太極鴛鴦炒飯連飲品盛惠$30，在這個時勢這個價錢及質素算抵食；再加埋揾青姐賣廣告，有創意，值得一試。
