To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家樂又出番素肉醬意粉喎!我以前食過幾次,覺得同真嘅肉醬意粉冇乜分別。真係好神奇既一款套餐! 今次食落都一樣,不過素肉醬好似少咗啲。我個人感覺上認為其中最值得一讚嘅係,依家大家樂可以加錢買青菜配菜。我今次就加咗菜用黎送意粉,食落感覺更加健康。咁食完都覺得無咁邪惡啦 ---- 我個人都注意飲食同體重問題既! 所以都盡量多菜多菜多菜我都十分之希望大家樂以後可以推出更多素食選擇,例如素丸、素腸等等,咁就可以畀素食人士有更多選擇啦。

平時身邊啲人都係食焗豬扒飯,我最近先聽朋友講大家樂出咗素豬扒飯,就特登過嚟試下啦。食落發現原來做得好好,同真嘅豬肉味道好接近,口感都有八九成相似,我覺得的確唔錯。素豬扒嘅外形同真嘅豬扒差唔多,都係橢圓形,表面有啲坑紋。咬落去嘅口感都好相似,有啲彈牙。味道方面,素豬扒有淡淡嘅豆味,但係唔會太搶,同埋有啲醬汁嘅香味,同真嘅豬扒味道好接近。為食得濟, 我挑走左面層既芝士先記得影相😂😂素豬扒飯嘅配菜有翠肉瓜同埋Tomato。味道香濃。配菜嘅味道都唔錯,同埋份量都幾足,可以食得飽。
