To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 深水埗,這家店不太好找,要靠導航我去的時候是下午4點多,人還不太多〜點了招牌的酥皮焗叉燒包強推這個真的超級超級好吃!酥皮做的很贊,比很多菠蘿油包做的都好吃,很正宗。裡面包裏著叉燒,味道好,而且也比較良心,又燒放的不少金銀蛋瘦肉粥推薦很好喝,粥濃稠,主要是料足,相當多的料,-ロ下去,口感很棒送了一份我吃過很多次,但是不知道叫啥的東西,是炸的。但是放到粥里很好吃南瓜西米露味道也還不錯,只是比較顛覆。是熱的,裡面有放姜汁整體來說,很不錯的茶店店,也有其他分店。如果想來深水埗逛逛,可以來這家。因為畢竟不太好找,不是非得來深水埗的話可以去其他分店
