不得了,好好味呀😋香港首推煙韌白布烏冬!大角咀新日本料理研究所。去到等左一陣好快就有位。烏冬系列分左溫系同冷系。今次試左雞肉同鴨肉入熱湯白布烏冬,烏冬唔係好似平時咁一條條,而係一塊塊,好似雲吞皮咁,夾起都有d墜手,呢張相我諗我影左過30張先影到滴汁既效果,影到手都震埋呀。我比較鍾意鴨肉烏冬,個湯比起雞肉濃d , 天婦羅相對冇乜驚喜。.金所 (大角咀)📍大角咀利得街52號地下
