首先黎嘅係雞肉熱湯白布烏冬,湯底係好濃郁嘅鰹魚湯,一黎到鰹魚味已經好出,雞肉係燒製過外皮有少少脆身,雞肉都夠鮮嫩🤤。

新鋪其實開咗冇耐,不過比起白布烏冬熱潮來得更加之快,開咗頭兩日已經有人排隊。我諗多得白布,令更多人認識拉麵陳。

我們每人夾了$168,每人每款炸物食到一傳見,我的另外兩位同行者只係食了兩湯匙白飯,因為佢哋話減肥。

初初入到餐廳的時候只係見到直行都是一張吧枱,好彩同行的朋友唔知點解問佢哋侍應生有沒有四人枱,侍應生打開另外一隻門見到有兩張四人枱,給了我們一張四人枱,坐得非常之舒適,我們飯後談了一會才離開,門口其實已經有人排隊了,但餐廳沒有逼我們走,而且埋單的時候叫服務員唔使找錢佢都要找返一蚊俾我。

下次大家嚟食的時候可能並不是這些菜式的了,每次自己check吓啦!

📍金所 Kintaro Lab🍱: Himokawa udon🗣: Nestled in the residential area of Tai Kok Tsui, there is a newly opened ramen bar selling Himokawa udon. I had my first try at my friend’s home and it just tasted soo good! There’s often a long queue so it’s better to go there at around 11:30-11:45am. Apart from tasting at its restaurant, there’s always another option. You can order their takeaway udon in packs from their official website at 3pm everyday. Just be reminded that it runs out really quick!

今日12:45嚟到,唔使等位直接入去,叫左一客炸蠔定食同埋炸蝦定食,另外再單點兩件魚, 因為我哋想試晒所有嘢食,炸蠔同埋蝦都好好食,一個蠔球裏面應該有三四隻蠔,隻蝦好大隻,同埋好新鮮,個魚我覺得麻麻地,食落似平價鯖魚,一定唔會再番叫呢一個,最差反而係啲白飯,食落唔似日本米,仲要好鬆散!個麵豉湯都算合格少少鹹,啲蘑菇喺裏面好滑!天婦羅個醬汁我覺得幾好食,甜甜地,椰菜絲嘅沙律汁我就覺得冇乜特別啦,整體來講除咗蠔同蝦用料比較好之外其他嘅用料都比較一般!

聽聞呢間白布烏冬夜晚成日都要排隊,仲要好早就截龍,平日晏晝經過見到條龍唔算長,決定排一排試下!排第2,以為好快入得,點知都要等成20分鐘!入去前職員會先幫你量體溫,入坐後會比個袋你放口罩,都算細心。叫左個雞肉入沾白布烏冬,等左十分鐘就食得。湯底係鰹魚湯,甜甜地,烏冬有7大塊,雞肉份量比較少。烏冬口感好滑,比較難夾同擺入口🤣 ,好考筷子功。朋友話好似食緊餃子皮嚟塞飽個肚咁🤔。總括嚟講,味道一般,分量較少,咁熱仲要排隊,呢個價錢係大角咀應該有更多更好既選擇,嚟過一次打卡就夠。
