To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐時間「一杯」經常都排滿人,所以特別提早於12時前到達,立即可以安排入座。我覺得這裡的關西燒非常美味,粉漿同餡料比例配合得剛剛好,我最喜歡白魚加芝士餡,嗰個甜甜地既燒汁醬好好味!關西燒係必食,除此,我點了雜錦魚生飯定食,可惜沒有蒸蛋,但個麵豉湯賣相就令人好開心,啲五顏六色空心粉粒其實冇乜味,不過幾得意,整個麺豉湯味道一般。雜錦魚生飯就豐富,有蝦、帶子、魚子、吞拿魚、三文魚、仲有吞拿魚溶同海膽!再加上壽司飯,真係不得了!雖然全部質素都係普通,又冇白魚,但魚生溫度保持得唔錯,而且都算新鮮,$120有咁豐富嘅午餐,難怪咁多人排隊!
