自從離開了這區工作,就一直沒有機會到這餐廳用膳。有一天同朋友重提舊事,就決定重溫舊地!真的估唔到疫症期間6點多已經要等位,好彩朋友早到一步無嚟咁耐當然諗都唔洗諗就食招牌「火焰🔥牛柳」啦!而朋友唔食牛就叫左「鐡板雞扒」。牛油餐包+紅湯(羅宋湯)當然係我首選,濃濃嘅羅宋湯,多什菜,微辣,真是我的最愛火焰牛柳出場,氣勢一流,侍應先在鐡棒上加上會起火嘅液體(其實我都不太清楚是什麼)牛柳放在鐡板上仍然有未熄滅嘅🔥焰!7成熟嘅牛柳仍然軟林林、粉紅色嘅牛柳絕對唔鞋口、唔痴牙(可能太耐無食過,覺得好好味)但好可惜嘅係薯菜已經唔係跟以前嘅薯條,已經改左用薯角朋友嘅雞扒其實都沒有什麼值得介紹抱歉!鐡板上放了兩大大塊嘅雞扒,覆蓋了整塊鐵板,連配菜都遮蓋着最後我哋叫了「心太軟」做壓軸!熱熱的心太軟真的心太軟,朱古力唔會太甜,表面還脆脆的,我朋友食到停唔到口,我唯有食旁邊嘅雪糕吧

無嚟咁耐當然諗都唔洗諗就食招牌「火焰🔥牛柳」啦!而朋友唔食牛就叫左「鐡板雞扒」。
牛油餐包+紅湯(羅宋湯)當然係我首選,濃濃嘅羅宋湯,多什菜,微辣,真是我的最愛
